Annual vacation with friendsThe condo was absolutely beautiful and extremely spacious. We appreciated being in the end unit and the extra long balcony. The property is dog friendly and kept up nicely, and with the double gates, very secure. This is our 15th stay at Miramar Beach and this was probably one of my favorite condos! The location and the view are perfect and the owners and managers are easy to communicate with and helpful. We have rented from this group before and trust me, You will not be disappointed with any of their properties.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and extremely spacious. We appreciated being in the end unit and the extra long balcony. The location and the view are perfect and the owners and managers are easy to communicate with and helpful. Beach Retreat 311 was the perfect location for our stay. It was centrally located to all the things, activities, shopping, and even walking distance to several restaurants. It was nice to have beach setups so we could just walk down and enjoy the gorgeous water and sugar sands. The unit was clean, very well equipped with everything we needed and more, and so spacious. We loved the views and sitting on the patio. The kids favorite was the large pool. Perfect water temp and plenty of room to swim or throw a ball. We stay at Beach Retreat all the time and I love it, this floor plan is my hand down favorite. The large balcony, 3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms and this one is a tiny bit different. the hallway bunk beds have been built in to a cubby style closet which was nice when the little ones needed to go to bed but the adults were still hanging out. Pool at beach retreat is perfect , beach is perfect, trip all around perfect.
