Condo was clean and nicely appointed. Art work was cool and artist pleasantly surprised us. Decor brave (white slip covers) yet clean. Can’t beat the view!

The condo was nicely located and close to everything. The bike path was great to take long walks which is located right in front of the condo complex. The views were to die for. It was really nice to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by while listening to the ocean. And the sunsets were gorgeous.

This condo is beautiful and the location is prefect. You are only steps away from the beach or you can enjoy the ocean views right from your deck. All of the amenities are upscale and top quality. The best part was being able to bring my little dog with me. She had an absolutely fantastic time.

My family had a wonderful time. The view of the beach is unobstructed, and perfect. Pool was warm for the kids, hot tub was nice for the adults. Overall great place to stay for the money.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was incredible. The decor of the unit was very tasteful and we'll done. The customer service from Renee was great and much appreciated. I had to contact her with a question and found her response unbelievably quick and helpful.

When we arrived we were pleased to find the condo nicely decorated and very clean. Even the towels and sheets had a great smell. The smaller condo was just perfect for the two of us and our shih tzu. The kitchen was well stocked, the frig had a water dispenser and ice maker on the door and included a coffee maker with a filter so no need to worry about that. Very nice stay. We will return.

We come to beach Retreat because it is pet friendly, but also because the location is great for restaurants and shopping. The pool is very large, always clean and landscaped nicely. I will definitely ask for this room again as the furniture and bed were very comfortable. The beach was fantastic all week long. We spent hours sitting on porch watching waves and sipping coffee. Thank you for providing such a lovely, quiet, restful getaway!! We will be back.

The condo was beautiful and in the perfect location! I loved being able to see the beach from the balcony! I have been to Destin/Miramar beach several times and this was my absolutely favorite place to stay, especially since my dog was welcome also. Absolutely loved it!

What a wonderful trip. This 3rd floor, pet friendly unit is right in the middle of the beach-facing complex. Nothing blocks your view of Destin's sugar-sand beaches. The unit is well appointed and quiet. The grounds are well maintained and secure since you need a pass code to get your car or yourself onto the grounds. Our little Shi Tzu loved looking through the balcony rail in the mornings as we had our coffee. An easy walk takes you to two of the famous fish restaurants on this stretch of Scenic 98. And who doesn't love relaxing on the beach under your complimentary beach umbrella? (Remember having to haul all that stuff yourself?) So, if you want a beautiful beach, a great view and wonderful accommodations and service, Beach Retreat 307 should be in your future.
