We had a wonderful quick weekend at 1002 the condo is new and gorgeous and has everything we needed. We felt right at home. The view from the balcony was so good, I throughly enjoyed sipping my morning coffee from there . We enjoyed pompano joes and Kenny D’s next door and had everything we needed to make breakfast in the condo. This place is great and we will be back for sure.

We are looking forward to another beautiful day on the beach. I just wanted to reach out and say we have loved LK 1002! This is our second year staying in LK and we love it so much! It is the perfect location for us with its proximity to a couple of or favorite restaurants and of course the beach.

Coconut Corner is without a doubt our new vacation spot! The condo is absolutely stunning and the view is unbeatable! It is very obvious that no expense was spared during the renovation! We have stayed in several condos in Miramar Beach and Destin over the years, and this is by far the nicest we have stayed in. We loved the fact that there are 2 pools, one beachfront, as well as the proximity to the popular restaurants! I could not have been more in love with this condo! I highly recommend Coconut Corner, you will not be disappointed!

Our New Favorite Place
Just finished a stay at Coconut Corner and all I can say is WOW! 5 stars isn’t enough to describe our experience! We’ve been coming to Miramar Beach for over 20 years, and this was hands down the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. It’s obvious that no detail was overlooked with this condo. High quality furnishings, stunning artwork and decor, and a view that is absolutely unbeatable. We loved that there is a pool by the beach, a walking path right out front, and several great restaurants close by. Leeward Key 1002 is our new favorite!

Quick relaxing reset
We had such a great time staying in Coconut Corner! The condo was gorgeous and Laura was responsive to any of our questions. We felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel! We loved taking our morning walks to Bad Ass Coffee and finishing our evenings on the balcony watching the sunset. This trip was the perfect getaway! We highly recommend Leeward Key 1002!

5-Star Getaway
First class all the way! We were pleasantly surprised by how gorgeous Coconut Corner is! We had the opportunity to stay in Leeward Key 1002 a couple of times prior to the renovation and were absolutely amazed when we walked through the door! Every inch of this condo has been renovated and upgraded. We have always been a fan of the Leeward Key building because of its amenities and centralized location, but the new upgrade took it to a whole new level! We will back!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing! We have stayed at Airbnbs before but this is the ultimate experience! Hopefully we will be able to book it again for a longer stay!

Leeward Key units are a favorite of many guests staying in the Destin area and are highly sought after vacation rentals. This is one of the only Beach Condos in Destin properties with 2 pools, one on the beach side of Scenic Gulf Drive and one on the North side of Scenic Gulf Drive, behind the condos themselves. Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.
*All of our properties do require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Summer and other busy times of year.
